Dr. Kao is a senior change management advisor, focusing on driving organizational success during digital and transformation processes. As a key promoter of the Prosci methodology in the Asia region, he has translated two ADKAR books. He excels at integrating the ADKAR model with corporate strategy, assisting leadership teams, human resources, and frontline employees in establishing a common language and action framework to ensure new technologies and processes truly translate into organizational value. With the recent rapid development of the AI industry, he serves as an AI Seed Instructor for the Administration for Industries (ADI) in Taiwan, promoting implementable AI change transformation in corporate practice.
