Ned Loh
Ned has over 20 years of management, coaching, and consulting experience across various industries including automotive, software development, internet, telecommunications, and banking. His expertise lies in change management, change leadership, agile coaching, product management, research and development management, and project management. He has served as the Agile Transformation lead at Brilliance BMW, and has driven enterprise-level change at IBM, Accenture, and a luxury automotive brand.
Ned has previously held roles as Regional CEO and Vice General Manager at two R&D centers, where he successfully led change initiatives. Under his leadership, a publicly listed foreign enterprise R&D center was honored with the “Exceptional Innovator Employer” award in 2017 and received the Stevie Award International Gold Prize. In 2019, he successfully reduced defect rates by 65%, shortened delivery cycles by 30% in 2018, and increased employee satisfaction by 20% in 2015.
Ned has also delivered ten major strategic projects for South Africa’s largest bank and second-largest telecommunications company. With his extensive cross-disciplinary practical experience, Ned is able to provide professional insights and practical knowledge in various change management roles, ensuring that the courses focus on real-world application and practice.
