At TeamMax, Terry provides change advisory service. Previously in Molex, she was a regional change management lead in multiple change initiatives. Including IT operational changes and service management, global IT shared service center transformation, IT project & portfolio management process improvement and etc. Prior to that, she served as a communication and training consultant in SAP project and IT governance function for large pharmaceutical companies.

Terry holds PMP certification and a bachelor’s degree in Art from TongjiUniversity.
Terry has in-depth knowledge in ITIL, SCRUM and etc.
